At True North the development of a strategic plan is a collaborative discussion that defines what success looks like over the next 1 – 3 years. It’s a conversation that will generally include important considerations for the future such as a review of the competitive and environmental landscape; the company’s financial performance; the quality of messaging and engagement with customers, employees and the community; and the use of technology.
Based on this information, we will be able to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the business, and develop a document capturing the discussion and outlining an integrated set of objectives and performance measurements to move business forward to its definition of success.
